After all of my meetings in Paris, my sister and I enjoyed a high-tea at the first Laduree shop in Paris. It was unreal. Everything from the food description to the names of the teas had my heart jumping of joy. I am a huge girly girl and it was a true Blair Waldorf moment from “Gossip Girl”.Laduree is a girly-girls dream come true. When you walk into the boutique, the aroma of macarons lingers in the room. You can find macarons, pastries, all types of desserts, jams, teas, bath salts, and yummy candy. Not to mention, they also sell adorable key chains, notebooks, candles, perfumes, soaps, and lunch bags. The entire store looks as though it is part of Palace of Versailles because of all the gold details and royal French style.

You can find Laduree throughout the world, but not in every city has one, or a cafe. Even the restaurant inside the boutique is delicious! I had brunch and some appetizers with my sister. I also had a Marie-Antoinette tea. It was a citrus with herbal leaves. If you are heading to Paris, you have to experience Laduree on 21 Rue Bonaparte.
